Image Field and Cursor

Found an issue, not sure if an option or bug...

Created a report, and it has an image field. Report works as it should but in preview mode when the mouse is over the image, the cursor disappears.  The rest of the preview shows the mouse cursor, but not over any other part of the form.

I added a second image to the report with nothing in it, same thing, cursor is gone when over the image.

Something with an image field causes the cursor to become invisible.

Didn't see anything that could fix it.

Any one run into this?
