App with black theme runs on light Windows: flicker

When CudaText with dark theme runs on Windows 10 (default light theme), app shows flicker: first light themed painting, then dark app theming.
Because of LCL.
No flicker on Linux gtk2.

I filed the issue long time ago.
No progress...
