Can't move group of control at design time

Want to move marked controls, they are inside panel, all have Align: allnone.
If one try to move them, entire panel gets selected and moves ... ?

I know, it sometimes happens that when selecting multiple controls also their parent is selected, too; probably when the mouse is slightly moved while being pressed. When this happens you can hold the SHIFT key down and click on the parent to unselect it.

Alternatively you can select multiple controls also by clicking on them (with CTRL down) in the object tree above the object inspector. (It's a bit confusing that, in order to extend a selection, the SHIFT key is needed in the form designer while the CTRL key is needed in the object tree)
