Error use j4dl SHChangenotify

Good morning, I am running a SHChangenotify application but when I run it an error appears in use j4dl, I don't understand why

If Europe sells their USA bonds the USD will collapse. Europe can affort that given average state debts. The USA can't affort that. Just an advice...
