can't find libmupdf117-64.dll

I installed BGRa packages from OPM. Then I run an app. "can't find libmupdf117-64.dll" is appear. Where can i find this file ？ tks

Are you sure it belong to BGRA? I do use Windows as well but I do not need that library / it is not on my system at all.

No, bgra does not need it, but his code needs it. He probably downloaded an incomplete example. The download link is to a complete version including the dll.
