MvC is currently reworking the unit loading mechanism, so these kind of errors might be resolved in the future.

Joanna were talking about. They were talking about problems in big applications with loading the units during compilation.
Your errors are due to you fighting against the way the compiler and RTL are paired instead of working with it. This will not change.
