Slow application start, empty window

Hello,

I used fpcupdeluxe to install the stable versions of FPC and Lazarus on a Raspberry PI 4.

Compiling works fine, but when I start a Lazarus application, first a small, empty window with the project name as the caption appears for around 60 seconds, then it disappears and after that the application starts.

If I close the small window, the Form1 window opens instantly.
This happens also with the Lazaruse IDE itself.

Is there anything I can do to improve the startup speed?

Do you know if this is going to be fixed in Lazarus 3.x?
