Android - Application on 3rd age tablet

Good morning,

I am not a user of Android components and I do not program for Android.
When I start her on her tablet, my 85-year-old mother watches a YouTube show that starts every day at 3:30 p.m. and lasts half an hour.
The idea is to create an “app” that starts at 3:25 p.m. You will have to play the web TV live from the YouTube link by maximizing the size of the window, start playback and open the sound.
I do all this by hand when I'm with her.
She has never used computers and is losing her memory. So thinking about teaching him how to do it, I don't dare think about it.
I need help knowing how to go about programming this little tool.
I think it could be used in retirement homes for other Web TVs.

You should research the available automation apps into the Store, maybe there is one that could do the job.
