[SOLVED] Anchor editor
« on: December 17, 2023, 08:28:53 am »
Using the Anchor editor, I'm trying to anchor a control that is a child of the main form, so I believe that the sibling fields are left empty, the left and top anchors are checked,  but if I enter values in the left/top border fields the control is not affected and can still be dragged in the form. What am I doing wrong ??
The control is a TPageControl if that makes any difference.

I believe that the sibling fields are left empty

Choose siblings 'Form1' or whatever your form is called.

I looked for Form1 in the siblings originally and couldn't find it (it's a long list !!) Just had another go and the damn thing pops right out at me !! And of course it now anchors the control in place. Many thanks dseligo for the reply  ;)
