lazarus run application problem :/

Hi
When  compile program and run nothing show effect my program :/

Show window  "execution stopped"

toss 10 seconds movie

Thats true. You app simply writes hello and then exits. Your PC can execute that with the blink of an eye. You won't see it.
Put a readln; after it. However, tehn you cannot debug, since lazarus cannot debug console apps.
