Running "Unused Units" on all units in the project?
« on: November 24, 2023, 02:24:30 pm »
I wonder if there is a way to run "Source -> Refactoring -> Unused Units" tool on all units of the project? Or maybe run it from command line? ("Notes" don't seem to catch all unused units, unfortunately)

It's extremely convenient thing to clean up things that are no longer in use but I have over 200 units in my project and while it's ok to do this once, this will not work for "supporting the project in a clean state" in future.

Oh, I guess I've posted in the wrong board, should be here more likely: https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/board,9.0.html

Are these dotted units by any chance that are not being removed?

I've never used that feature, but I would say that it may not get used that much and may have gone unnoticed.

I think would need to be careful with such a feature.
