Android Auto app with LAMW

Hi,

I searched for "android auto" but only non-relevant result showed up. I have a camper van and use Android Auto for navigation and playing music. I have wireless Android Auto on my Galaxy A52 together with a Podofo 10.26 screen from Ali Express. I want to create a very simple app that:

• shows a checklist with all the items I have to check before driving away (windows closed, gas off, things likethat);
• starts after the Podofo starts up (it may capture the whole screen or only the part that's afterwards taken bij the navigation or the music player)

First question: can I create Android Auto apps in LAMW and if yes, how?
Second question: how can I make the app starts first, before the other apps are shown?
