How to uninstall Lazarus 2.30

Mac Mini M1
macOS 13.6 Ventura
Lazarus 2.3.0

I've had Lazarus 2.3.0 running since early 2022, but I see now that the latest stable version is up to 2.2.6 and I'd prefer to have a stable version, now that the UI features seem quite established.

What is the recommended way of uninstalling 2.3.0 completely, but with the proviso that I would like to keep my visual settings?

No worries! I went ahead and did a bit of file searching and deleted the FPV units and source, and used AppCleaner to delete Lazarus 2.3.0. When I installed 2.26, Lazarus was good enough to have kept my settings and even offered to downgrade them to 2.2.6. Top marks to Lazarus for a reassuringly hassle-free install procedure 😍
