Lazarus 3.0 RC1 and Menu Language

Hello everybody,
Just a little question.
I am with a Mac Pro M2 on Ventura.
Installation of Lazarus worked fine, everything works (compilation and so on).
Except one thing, menus are in english, even if i change parameter in Preference/General/Language (looking for french).
Auto param always bring me back to english after restarting Lazarus.
Is it a known issue with 3.0 ?
