Weird text drawing in messages window

Lazarus trunk, win32 i386 ws, fpc-3.2.2 , windows 10:
eg. I have notes like {$note This is note with some croatian letters like ž, č, š etc..} inside my unit.
Using {$mode delphi}.
When compiling such unit croatian letters aren't drawn, but some substitute letters eg A with small o above it, in messages window.
Is it known problem (bug) or I need to set something ? Tried to add -FcUTF8 to project, tried to add {$codepage utf8} in unit, but nothing helps.
On linux and mac everything works fine.
