IDE (trunk) began to write additional lines to projectname.lpi

I updated IDE to trunk 1-2 days ago.
Today I changed the active build-mode in my project, and I got these lines in the .lpi DIFF:

Ie, 1 XML record per each build-mode.
Please, don't write these lines?
