AFAIK, there's no direct binding (yet). But you can use FPC with
Python
or
COM
to manipulate OOo.

You can use the uno-pas bridge:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/uno-pas-bridge/
To work with fpc is necessary to use the svn version.
