Uninstalling Lazarus 2.2.0 from Linux Mint 21.1

On Linux Mint 21.1, uninstalling Lazarus 2.2.0 when the Ukrainian language of the Lazarus package removal system is installed causes an error when removing the fpcsrc package, which leads to the impossibility of uninstalling Lazarus, and it is also impossible to install after such an error. When I set the system language to English, the system removed the remaining packages without a hitch.
Simply rebooting did not help with this error.

Hi,

I suppose you used Synaptic Package Manager to uninstall Lazarus?

If not, try to use it, search for fpc, look what is installed (Green square), then in Package->Mark for removal
Do the same with "lazarus"
