Word Processor example?
« on: July 16, 2023, 03:13:26 pm »
Hi, I need a simple Word Processor and the AbiWord site seems to be down and can't even install from the repository. Don't want to install LibreOffcie et-al just for a few letters.

Does anyone know of a example (Demo) project a bit beyond "Notepad" capabilities that I can use to get started? It might actually be good enough as-is even.

There used to be a TRichEdit but cannot find it in the Pallet. Is that something that needs installing?

Thanks

Install RichMemo or KControls from the Online-Package-Manager (or the authors' github repositories: https://github.com/skalogryz/richmemo, https://github.com/kryslt/KControls/. I know for KControls that it contains an RTF editor component KMemo and a worked-out editor application in the demo folder.
