how to download fulling files of devkitPro?

how to download and install them?

The best is you ask in a special forum for devkitPro. And you have not defined what kind of lib you need (32/64 Bit, Win/Linux/...)

thanks for reply.I need sdl2 lib  and freetype2 lib,thest two libs.
windows or linux package.but now i can compiled the code with offical c example program.
if i install one of the two libs.  always compiled failed.

be aware that you use the correct bitness of your compiled programm eg. 32Bit or 64 Bit. If you use the wrong version, lonking will fail.
