How to remove splash screen?

Here's what I see when I start the IDE.

How do I get rid of it?

On the assumption that the answer is something like, "It's open source...", where do I find the source and build documentation?

Wow, that miniaturised attachment is the first time I've been able to understand the spash screen! If you click it, you'll see how it appears in my terminal, which is anti-aliased garbage.

delete the fp.ans file from FP IDE directory: https://www.freepascal.org/docs-html/user/usersu30.html
