FV-Unicode install

i got a fresh install of fpc-laz-3.2.2, fpc-src-3.2.2 and lazarus-project 2.2.4
i like to use the fv-unicode version.
in the wiki said it is allready inside but i cant found any U* Unit.

what are the right steps to get it installed.
i really tried everything on my old installation and failed..
also there is so many including of inc files, still a light way to get the
FV-Unicode units get compiled without headache?
