The Checklistbox's Selected[] array property tells you which indexes are selected, and the Checked[] array property tells you which indexes are checked.
Attached is a project which illustrates the use of Checked[].

I've tested and learned many things while inspected the code of GetMem and howardpc. It looks as I should follow same way as described in provided code. Thank you, folks.
