How to clear buffer with TSdpoSerial RPI3

Does anybody know, in SDPO, how to clear the buffer ?

It seems to work fine in PXL, except to slow, and i want to shift back to SPDO. Bu that seems to crash afther a while. I am about confident a clear buffer wil solve it.
