FPExif generates exception

Hi wp,

When using the method LoadFromFile, I get the following exception:

EFpExReader exception : "No valid IPTC file" in fpemetadata.pas at line 192

I'll send you a PM with a link to the customer JPG file.

Fixed in ccr version (use svn or get the snapshot from https://sourceforge.net/p/lazarus-ccr/svn/HEAD/tree/components/fpexif/).
