[SOLVED]Black window behind project

This only happens with new projects I create. A black screen appears behind my form. See attached. For this I created New Project -> Application  then executed this "project". I can only think I've made some mistake with a change in Tools -> Options because this does not occur with old projects. What might case this black screen?

In Compiler options -> Config and Target, check that you have Win32 GUI project checked.
