Cannot clear TSpeedButton.Glyph in GUI

Dialog (appears after I click '...' button near 'Glyph' in Object Inspector) don't allow to press 'Clear'!

I found that toggling TSpeedButton.Transparent allows access to all of the buttons in the dialog.
Very strange.
