[DELETE PLEASE] Solved this myself.

I have quite large image, 50MB high resolution png. I need to:
1. Load it - done
2. Copy part of it
3. Render it on TVirtualScreen stretched to it size (proportions are not important for now)

How can I do this ?

never mind i've done it :)
