i find it, i use DBMemo instead of DBText and Memo instead of label, but now i have another problem , when DBMmeo expand it touch the next component

Put the DBMemo/DBText to a separate band. Set the band AutoExpand property to true. Also make sure the AutoSize property of the memo is set to true.
