Dock and pin a form

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to pin and dock a form on screen?
I have made a windows application with Lazarus which has a login form and I want to set the login form as a pin or docked form on desktop so that isn't disappear by another form or application.

Set Form1.FormStyle := fsSystemStayOnTop
