LAMW-How to compile a compat theme project using ant?

How to compile a compat theme project using ant? My computer has no network and has very little memory.Gradle uses a lot of memory.

Any idea is welcome.

No, You can't do that....   all AppCompat libraries (and others dependencies...) are online....
