Parser (TParser10 component) ported to lazarus

It's an old but efficient Parser component made originally for Delphi. Very fast and reliable.

Thanks for getting the contribution "into the record", noting obviously that automatic conversion from Delphi to Lazarus format hasn't been entirely successful :-)

Not complaining, just demonstrating that I've looked at it.

I didn't say that i changed it on any manner! I use it and works fine as i Said before. just that. By the way, automatic convertion didn't work
