RichMemo, no "Install" option after compiling.
« on: August 07, 2022, 01:04:14 am »
Linux Mint 19.3
Lazarus 2.2.2

I can not install the RichMemo component using the online package manager as in order for it to compile the RMLCLTRUNK must be selected in Options->Custom Options->Compiler Options->Defines.

OK, that done it compiles without errors, but on selecting "Use" the only menu-item available is "Add To Project". The "Install" menu-item is not available. Am I missing a step or something?

Yes!  :D

That was the nudge I needed. Thank you VERY much skalogryz.

Now to learn how to use it.
