Watch-eval with function calling in FpDebug

So there is at last some progress....

I started to document what is currently available: https://wiki.freepascal.org/FpDebug-Watches-FunctionEval

An no, but I don't have any updates on "properties". I know that work is done on it, and that it is hoped to come whit fpc 3.4.0 - whenever that is.
