You can search in members by position.
https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php?action=mlist;sa=search

Only select "by position" and type in administrator and then search.
You can PM the one with the most posts (most active, probably marco and martin)).
(You can also see when they where last active on their profile page)

When the reason why you want to contact an admin is related to a post you can also click "Report to moderator" for that particular post, and explain the reason in the appearing edit line.
