How come some people don't get Externel: SIGSEGV and I do

Hi,

Downloaded gdb 6.8-3(from 2008-04-24) but I still get the same error
Ecternal: SIGSEGV.
Could it be something I ought to configure before using Lazarus or what?

Installed:
Lazarus-0.9.26.1-17337-fpc-2.2.2-20081111-win32.exe and
Lazarus-0.9.26-fpc-2.2.2-cross-arm-wince-win32.exe

I had the same problem. It was caused by guard32.dll from Comodo firewall. If you are using Comodo firewall you shoud go to Defense+ -> Advanced -> Computer Security Policy, and set custom policy for gdb.exe (set everything in Protection settings to NO and, set everything in Acces Rights to ALLOW)
