[Solved] Using Icon and Menu in Title Bar !

Hi All,
Is it possible to add content to the popup menu that opens when the program icon is clicked?
If not; Is it possible to change the Popup Menu?
If he is not; Is it possible to add a new icon to the title bar and link the popup menu?
I would be glad if you share your thoughts and opinions. Respects.

PS: I assuming this is windows only. I'm not sure a cross platform solution is even possible.
