BGRA ArrowGenerator

Hi!

As result of a discusion in the german Forum "How to draw arrows at a line" I rembered that there are a lot of option for decorating a line with arrows in the BGRAbitmap.

So I made a BGRA ArrowGenerator.

Enjoy playing around with the options!
