free pascal unit sockets - can not find PF_PACKET constant

I use unit sockets how describe it in rtl.pdf,
but free pascal compiler can not find PF_PAKET and ETH_P_ALL.

Free pascla compiler write that PF_PAKET and ETH_P_ALL is not exists.

What unit I must use for use PF_PACKET and ETH_P_ALL constants?

rtl.pdf contain information that PF_PACKET and ETH_P_ALL defined in sockets unit.

Is not true, really PF_PACKET defined in libc unit,
ETH_P_ALL defined in kerneldefs unit.
