Hi all!

I encountered the same problem after a clean installation of LAMW and could solve it with a rebuild of the IDE.
The problem occured in a new installation under Linux and under Windows, with two different versions of Lazarus, so it seems it's not related to any particular version of the IDE.

This is a know issue, try restart the IDE and will works
