How to create a drive L: with "Android14Hardware link to win8"?

Hello.Pascal
I connected my Android A14 to win8.
My application vdmsubst.exe create substitute drive L: "C:\Program Files"
Please, please,
C:Q1=Can I create a drive L: to "This PC\Galaxy A14\Spațiu de stocare intern"?
C:Q2=Can I create \\ThisPc\Galaxy14\?
Please, please C:Q1 or C:Q2?

Neither. A subst can only point to a volume or a network share. A MTP drive - which is what your Android phone provides - is neither.
