TATTabs - how to stop a 3rd line from being displayed

I have 16 tabs and I want to display exactly 8 on each line. How can I do that. At the moment I have a 3rd line that stretches across the entire width of the component,  while there is plenty of space on either side of the captions in the top 15 tabs.
