Arrow keys sometimes not working in cocoa controls

Hello,

I observed that sometimes arrow keys in e.g. TEdit and other controls were not working.

After some digging I found the problem in TCocoaMenu.PerformKeyEquivalent (Result was not assigned).
Patch submitted here: https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=39086

Unfortunately, I filed the bug under the wrong project (Packages). I hope that despite this it will end up in the right place.
