I tried to compile it under Ubuntu Mate - Lazarus 2.0.10 but failed. The first error was solved after I installed libxxf86dga-dev.

Thank you for trying the program and for your feedback. I don't know that package. I wonder why you had to install it. I will investigate.

But then I got an error while linking message, which I wasn't able to solve.

In such cases, I open a terminal and try to compile with lazbuild. That way I get usually more informations.

I wonder why you had to install it.
The default PTCGraph unit is compiled with all extensions enabled, on Linux this includes (libx)xf86dga (that x after lib marks an extension). See docs/README.txt and src/ptc.pp inside ptc package folder.
