Any other options?

Hi all,

Looking to see if I can build something similar to Vellum, and for reading / exporting RTF and HTML I did find an addon from https://delphihtmlcomponents.com/ which is $350 USD. I was curious anyone knows of something with similar features? Preferably cheaper.
