Hey all,

I got notified on Roland's new release of TextView v0.0.2 and in the release notes he mentioned "Automatic conversion of text encoding to UTF-8".

Obviously I'm curious of how he's doing that and I found out about LConvEncoding, which is the unit he's using for text encoding finagling.

And there and then I have my solution for a native Lazarus approach instead of using that chsdet thing I mention before!!
