Formulas in virtual mode
« on: November 22, 2020, 04:12:01 am »
Is it possible to use formulas in virtual mode?

I have a template line.

In the next lines, the reference columns must be adjusted (exactly as in CopyFormula).

This would be used in reading mode.

I am rather sure that formulas cannot be used in virtual mode. This mode is intended to avoid loading the entire worksheet into memory for some data extraction work. As a consequence only a single cell is available at any time during reading, and no cell is available any more after reading when formulas are calculated. So, you only can use virtual mode with workbooks having precalculated formulas.
Mainly Lazarus trunk / fpc 3.2.0 / all 32-bit on Win-10, but many more...
