exe size???

Hello,
when I compile a very short souce (1 form with 1 button and 1 strinGrid) I get an exe about 12MB!!! The same with Delphi is only 350kB???
Is it normal?

Can't you search before ask? It had been discussed thousand times and the answer has beed provided since the first question arised. :P
