Exclusive XML Canonicalization (xml-exc-c14n)

I need to Exclusively canonicalize my XML.
I am using fcl-xml units to work with XML. I see that TXMLWriter class in XMLWrite unit has Canonical property, but "Exclusive" isn't mentioned anywhere, and beside that I am not sure how to use.

I also see that in the libxml package exists c14n.inc include file, but there isn't examples on how to use it.

Does anyone has experience how to accomplish this? It would be great if someone can provide me with example(s), but push in the right direction would also be great.
