Hi Can somebody tell me what's the best program to make games or program's like page on the internet or something else??

Did you mean the Best IDE+Compiler ?
There is no "best", just good developing applications.
For the internet you have tons of software like Dreamweaver, PHP Triad, Java IDE's, etc.
For desktop applications you have various flavours of C/C++ like Visual C++ or C++ builder even OpenSource C/C++ compilers, Pascal/ObjectPascal Delphi/Kylix, Lazarus+FPC, etc., Visual Basic
As you can see there are many choices !!!
